Once we receive your order, please allow 24–48 hours for processing (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time-it refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before dispatch. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow 2-8 working days for domestic shipping after your order has been processed. To ensure your package arrives on time, kindly make sure your shipping address and the contact number is accurate.
- If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hrs. of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 36 hrs. courier companies does not accept any POD dispute.
