Return Process

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Pickup will be done only at the address provided at the time of order placement.

Once approved, the product will be picked up within 2–6 working days.

After pickup, it may take 7–10 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.

Refunds will be initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality verification process.

Items received through an exchange are not eligible for return or refund.
- Please ensure your availability at the time of pickup and keep the package ready to hand over. If the pickup is cancelled due to your unavailability, the return will need to be self-shipped by you at your own expense.
Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided only in the form of store credits. Please note that a ₹39 COD handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credits, which you can use on your next purchase at TeeTalkies.
Damaged or Manufacturing Defects
In case you receive a damaged product or face any manufacturing defect:

The return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video and clear product photos are mandatory at the time of raising the request.

Without an unboxing video, claims related to damage or manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

Once the product is collected and reaches our warehouse, it will undergo verification. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after successful verification.
